Our Service
- Screening Assessment: Informed Screening assessment, designed to support early identification of potential neurodivergent traits and patterns. We integrate both quantitative and qualitative measures which, when triangulated and reviewed, help us build a holistic picture of your experiences. The screening session is structured to assess common areas of neurodivergence, including Autism Spectrum Conditions (ASC), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD), Dyslexia, and Dyscalculia, while also considering factors that may influence your day-to-day experiences, such as sensory processing, self-esteem, anxiety, and mood. This is not a formal diagnostic assessment.
- Autism Diagnostic: Where screening scores indicate a higher likelihood of neurodivergent traits, this may suggest that a formal diagnostic assessment would be beneficial. Should you wish to pursue a diagnosis, we can offer a NICE-compliant pathway to a full diagnostic assessment for Autism via our partners.
- Corporate Programme: We offer a Social Work-informed, strengths-based consultancy that supports organisations to improve inclusion, wellbeing, and workplace performance. Rooted in ethical leadership, whole-system thinking, and person-centred development, Thrive-Metric delivers a transformative workplace programme, tailored training, and reflective development sessions.
